Update 3.11.6

[Magicsea]

 

Dear players, we've prepared an update that primarily focuses on the in-game interfaces. The UI has become simpler and more user-friendly. Minor balance adjustments related to potions have also been made.

A new queue system has been implemented for the 3x3 and 5x5 Arena modes, making it faster and easier to get into battles! Furthermore, a Mentorship system has been added. Now, by helping new players learn the game, you can earn up to 500 Piastres per player!

Update

 

- New Sidebar

The side menu in the game has been changed. The number of buttons has been reduced, while their size has been increased. This makes the menu easier to navigate, and the button you need is quicker to find.

 

- New Dialogue Window

The dialogue window for NPCs has been improved. It is now full-scale, which has increased the text area. As a result, reading NPC dialogues has become much more convenient, allowing you to fully enjoy the stories told by the inhabitants of Magicsea.

A character model is located on the left side of the window, letting you get an even closer look at the residents you're interested in. Furthermore, this will enable the display of NPC emotions and animations based on the player's dialogue choices in the future.

 

- New Quest Window

 

The quest window in the player's HUD has been improved. It no longer takes up much screen space, allowing you to easily track your quest progress.

For your convenience, completed quest objectives are now hidden from the window. This helps you quickly understand what needs to be done next to complete the quest.

- Queue System

The queue system allows you to search for opponents for the 3x3 and 5x5 Arena. You can join the queue via the Navigation window, under the PvP section.

When you select "Arena," you will be placed into the most active queue, which fills up faster than the others.

You can join and remain in the queue while in PvE zones and dungeons. While in the queue, you can engage in other activities, such as combining gems.

 

- Mentorship

Players above level 40 can now become mentors for players below level 40. You can send a mentorship offer to a player via their character context menu.

A single new player can earn a mentor 500 Piastres for helping them learn the game. When the student completes certain conditions, the Piastres are sent to the mentor via in-game mail.

Upon accepting a mentorship, the characters are automatically added to each other's friends list.

 

- The "Midnight Grin" event is available in the game until December 3.

- New costumes have been added to the Wardrobe.
    For Lance: Sephiroth's Costume
    For Amy: Beast Catcher Costume
    For Karciz: Night Deity Costume
    For Philis: Emerald Doublet

 

- Added display of a player's language in the chat.

- New promotions now appear first in the store.

- Running speed is no longer affected by ping.

- Voice acting has been added to some quests.

- An article about Tokens has been added to the Encyclopedia.

- All consumable items now display their Effect and Duration.

 

- A mini-boss has been added to the caves in Shaitane.

- The layout of teleports, chests, and mini-bosses has been changed in the "Ice Caves" dungeon.

- The difficulty of guild quests now depends on the number of participants in the guild.

- The chat now displays a message when a player successfully combines a gem of level 5 or higher, or sockets it into equipment.

- A page with the Game Rules has been added to the Encyclopedia.

Fix

- Appearance promotions now correctly display whether the appearance is suitable for your character or not.

- The foreign language voiceover for the tutorial has been updated.

- Fixed most bugs related to synchronization, freezes, and crashes.

- A memory leak has been fixed.

- The skill/spell preparation process is now canceled correctly.

- The Champion's damage resistance has been changed from a % value to 1+1 per level.

- Character voiceovers are now volume-synchronized.

- A tutorial for the Battle Pass has been added to the beginning of the game.

In the next update, we are preparing for the New Year and will try to add a magical New Year's atmosphere to the game. The wardrobe and a new sticker mechanics are also in active development. We hope to release everything before the end of the year!
